PASDEC will establish New Marble Cities (Industrial Estates) throughout Pakistan for Dimensional Stone Industry at various locations. These Model Cities will be setup under International Business/ Industry Standards supervised by international experts.The Marble City Project shall have tremendous investment and growth potential for the entrepreneurs based on  high-end industrial knowledge, innovation and services. The concept is based on a cutting edge stone technology industrial estate, custom facilities, and state of the art services combined to create the largest and most technologically advanced industrial park for Dimension Stone (Marble & Granite) Sector in Pakistan.

 The Marble City Projects will have a Common Facility & Training Centers(CFTCs) for  training local Managers, Workforce & Technicians to cut square dimension blocks into slabs, polish and cut to size on the state of the art production set up according to international standards. The centers will be run by both local and International experts. CFTCs will also have a Mosaic Development Center to provide industrial training in marble mosaic, handicrafts and inlays from Industrial waste. The common facility will provide cutting, polishing and sizing services as well on reasonable rates to private entrepreneurs.
